This semester PE students have been focusing on movement and balance. They have been learning individual balances, partner balances and counter balances. Students have practiced each of the counter balances, with the partner looking for: 3 second hold, tension, stillness and creativity.
In class, they concentrated on movements and balances with the aim of students creating a short routine/sequence that will demonstrate their skills. The sequences use an individual balance as a start and then some movements with partner.
